KK-Lite.com provides high-quality value-priced commercial lighting products factory direct to electrical contractors and installers. Our primary method of purchasing and information is through this website. We do this in order to lower our costs, so we can provide our customers the best products at the best prices. Our goal is to provide easy to install products that are at a price point where the electrical contractor can have a higher profit margin.

Payment

We require prepayment for all items prior to shipment. We take MasterCard, Visa, Electronic Check or American Express. In addition, we will take wire transfers for large orders and actual checks or money orders. We will ship immediately after the payment is received and funds are verified. All prices are subject to change.

Shipping

For purchases over $50, shipping is free on all items using ground freight (3-10 days depending on location) only to the continental US. Please contact us for Express Shipping or shipping to Hawaii, Guam, or Alaska. We are now charging a shipping fee for small purchases in order to maintain a high level of service for all orders including all small ones.

Quality Assurance and Safety

All of our products are vigorously tested and are UL-certified. Our products have met the minimum requirements of widely accepted product safety standards and that we have agreed to periodic follow-up inspections to verify continued compliance.

Tax

KK-Lite.com is a wholesaler that sells to electrical contractors that then resell the items to property owners. If you have a reseller ID, then we can sell to you with no tax. Tax is applicable when the electrical contractor sells to their customers.

Exclusive Limited Warranty

The products sold by KK-Lite include a limited warranty from the manufacturer:

• Exit Signs – 5 years from the date of original purchase
• Undercabinet Lights – 2 years from the date of original purchase
• GFCI Receptacles – 1 year from the date of original purchase
• Switch, Receptacle, and Wall Plate – 1 year from the date of original purchase
• Fluorescent Lights (lamps are not included): MPF (2 years), HPF (5 years) from date or original purchase
• Low Voltage Recessed Lights and Trims – 1 year from the date of original purchase
• Other Recessed Lights and Trims – 2 years from the date of original purchase
• High Intensity Discharge Lights – 2 years from the date of original purchase (lamp not included)
• All other products are warranted for one(1) year from the date of original purchase

This warranty is a limited warranty, and KK-LITE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PATENT INFRINGEMENT OR COPYRIGHT. In no event shall KK-Lite be liable for lost profits, consequential, incidental, or special damages, or other claims of a similar nature.

Volume Discounts

If you have large orders that warrant a volume discount, contact us.

Returns

Unopened products returned with our prior authorization in re-saleable condition will be considered for credit. KK-Lite.com will not be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. Contact us for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged to all returned merchandise.
